Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation and serving of approximately 7,300 hot lunch meals for the residents of the Municipal Family Assistance Center in Toruń in the Municipality of Toruń. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of lunch meals during the period covered by the subject of the order due to the needs environment and the financial possibilities of the Commune in this respect. 3. The Ordering Party anticipates that during the validity of the contract, the amount of hot meals served specified in point 1 may change, i.e. decreased or increased by approximately 20% of the estimated amount. 4. The contractor is not entitled to any claims for reduction the material scope of the subject matter of the contract, and cannot be a basis for the Contractor to refuse to perform the order.5. The estimated average number of people expected to receive lunch meals, provided on the basis of lunch vouchers issued to customers by the Ordering Party, is approximately 20 per day. Meals will be issued every day of the month (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from 12:00 to 14:00 at a permanent place in the Municipality of Toru on the right bank of the Vistula River.6.
