1. The subject of the order is the preparation and serving of hot meals for children attending Primary School No. 7 in the customer's shared kitchen and canteen. Ignacy ukasiewicz in Mielec.2. The subject of the order should be made based on a detailed description of the subject of the order, which constitutes: Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, in accordance with the terms of the order, applicable legal provisions and technical knowledge, taking into account explanations and changes made by the ordering party during the public procurement procedure - if any.3. Detailed conditions for the execution of the subject of the order have been specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of this contract, constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ.
