Description:
The subject of the order is the preparation and serving of hot meals to children attending primary schools in the city and commune of Wgorzewo on school days in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, including transport to schools, in accordance with the rules specified in the applicable regulations, and in particular: - in the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1448), together with the implementing provisions to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 26, 2016 on groups of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and youth in the units of the education system and the requirements that must be met by foodstuffs used as part of the collective nutrition of children and adolescents in these units (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1154) and - nutritional standards and recommendations of the Institute of Food and nutrition.
