- 1. The subject of the order is the preparation and serving of hot meals for clients of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Dbrowa Grnicza who receive social assistance.2. Hot meals will be served every day (including days off and holidays) at specific times, i.e. no more than 2 hours after yourself hours a day, starting spending no earlier than 1:00 p.m. and no later than 2.00 p.m. The Contractor is prohibited from replacing a hot meal with a packed lunch, except in special circumstances after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party. In a situation in which the Contractor is able foresees the need to replace hot meals with dry lunches, he is obliged to agree this circumstance with the Ordering Party 2 days before the event.3. The contractor will guarantee the preparation and serving of hot meals for MOPS clients in a properly prepared room, in accordance with the regulations.
