Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation and serving of meals (two-course dinners) to persons referred by the Municipal Social Welfare Center at the Contractor's premises on working days and public holidays in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026, in a maximum quantity: up to 41,370 two-course dinners. 2. Meals will be served at the premises indicated by the Contractor from 11:00 to 15:00, on days in accordance with section 1. 3. A hot two-course meal should be understood as a meal consisting of soup (not less than 500 ml) and a second course, where the temperature of the meal will be: soup min. 75oC, second course min. 63oC, salads and salads 4oC.4. The contractor is obliged to prepare meals in accordance with the agreed menu constituting Appendix No. 1 to the contract.5. The contractor is obliged to provide premises for serving and eating meals in the Rdmiecie district - Centrum w Tarnowskie Grach, guaranteeing a minimum of 12 seats at the tables.6.
