Description:
1. The subject of the order is: provision of catering services consisting in preparing and serving meals in the period from January 30, 2026 to December 31, 2026 to adults in the Ostrowiec witokrzyski commune, entitled to meals on the basis of issued decisions, regarding: 1) preparing and serving two-course meals from Monday to Friday in the premises at the Contractor's disposal in the city of Ostrowiec witokrzyski to authorized persons who are granted meals by administrative decision (eating of served meals takes place on the premises), 2) preparing on Friday, excluding holidays falling on this day and April 3, 2026, 2 two-course meals and packing them in airtight containers, enabling their consumption within a minimum of 3 days from their date preparation and preparation for collection on Friday by authorized persons who are granted the meals by administrative decision, 3) preparation on a working day, i.e. June 3, 2026, November 10, 2026, preceding the following holiday: June 4, 2026, November 11, 2026 1 a two-course meal and packing it in airtight containers, enabling its consumption within a minimum of 2 days from preparation...
