Description:
The subject of the order is the preparation, portioning and serving of hot meals from own products for the residents of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Brzeg in the premises at the contractor's disposal located in the city of Brzeg. Dinners must be packed in durable packaging. heat and safe transport. Expected scope of the subject of the order based on the Ordering Party's analysis: 160 people a day will receive lunch 5 days a week (working days). The number of lunches served may differ from the plan due to the needs of OPS customers. The subject of the order includes the following scope of services: a) preparation of a hot meal (temperature min. 85 degrees Celsius) consisting of two courses of soup and a second course, compote b) serving lunch to MOPS residents at the Contractor's premises on-site on the Contractor's plates and cutlery or to take away - in packed disposable biodegradable containers together with cutlery made of biodegradable materials, guaranteeing safe transport to the place of residence, with the reservation that the persons indicated by the Ordering Party should always receive a hot meal, which they will eat on site at the Contractor's premises.
