Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of preparing chimney inspection opinions, including checking the technical condition of smoke, exhaust and ventilation chimney flues in vacant premises located in buildings constituting the municipal resource of the commune managed and administered by the Housing Management Department of the Social Construction Society in Czstochów Spka z o.o. street Polish Organization Military 24, 42-200 Czstochowa. One service includes checking the technical condition of cables chimney, smoke, exhaust and ventilation systems, as well as preparing chimney inspection opinions (including possible implementation recommendations), before and after the renovation of a vacant premises. The services will be performed on the basis of orders issued by the Ordering Party, including: the exact address of the premises and building. The contractor performs activities related to the implementation of the subject of the order using its own employees, materials, tools and means of transport. Estimated number of premises to be checked: 130 pcs.2.
