Description:
1.1. The subject of the order is the provision of: a) feeding services for children and adolescents, i.e. preparation, delivery and serving of a meal in the form of a 2-course dinner consisting of soup, main course, compote and fruit or vegetables to students in the Municipal School Complex No. 1 in Gorlice, b) feeding services for pre-school children from the branch of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 4 located in the Municipal School Complex No. 1 in Gorlice, i.e. preparation, delivery and serving of meals in the form of breakfast, a 2-course lunch consisting of soup, second course, compote and fruit or vegetables, and an afternoon snack, 1.2. Estimated quantity of meals ordered during the contract implementation period, it is: a) approximately 280 lunches a day for school students and covers the entire scope of the task (31,080 lunches in total). This number is an estimate, therefore the number of meals may change. The indicated change may occur as a result of reducing the number of meals, i.e in the event of students' absence from school or a decrease in the number of students requiring help or as a result of an increase in the number of meals, i.e. in the case of an increase in the number of students, b) about 20 sets. full kindergarten meals (niad ...
