- 1. The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of municipal road No. 1522D ul. Lenej, together with the reconstruction of the necessary technical infrastructure, together with obtaining decisions required by regulations, which will allow the Ordering Party to commence construction works on the basis of documentation constituting the subject of the order in the scope of: 1) Preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation (including construction designs, detailed designs, bills of quantities for all industries) along with obtaining appropriate decisions required by regulations that will allow the Ordering Party to start implementation of construction works on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the order;2) Preparation of Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works.3) Carrying out author's supervision during the tender procedure conducted by the Ordering Party in order to select a contractor for construction works and in the period of implementation of the works covered by the prepared construction and executive design documentation and during the warranty and guarantee period.2.
