Description:
Preparing draft decisions on establishing development conditions and decisions on determining the location of public purpose investments in 2026. Description of the subject of the order: The task includes developing the decisions: 1. for residential, farm, holiday and industrial development as well as for development related to running business activities; etc. expected number of decisions approx. 500 pcs.;2. for the location of a public purpose investment, the expected number of decisions is approximately 10; 3. changing the decisions listed in point 1 - expected number of decisions: approx. 10;4. changing the decisions listed in point 2, expected quantity decisions approx. 1 pc.; The contractor is obliged to prepare a draft decision within the following deadlines: a) 5 days from the date of receipt of the application for the decision to establish development conditions for detached buildings, not more than two-story single-family residential buildings with a building area of up to 70 m2, and construction is conducted to meet the investor's own housing needs; (in accordance with Article 29(1)(1a) of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725, as amended), b) 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the application for the remaining decy...
