The subject of the order includes: 1) "Preparation of draft decisions on development conditions and decisions on determining the location of public purpose investments, in accordance with the Spatial Planning and Development Act of March 27, 2003 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024) r. item 1130).2) Consultations and analyzes referred to in 3.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 26, 2003 on the method of determining requirements regarding new development and land development in the absence of a local plan spatial development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1116).3) Preparation of draft decisions on determining the location of public purpose investments and decisions on establishing development conditions within 2 weeks from the date of delivery of complete applications by the Ordering Party with annexes.4) Preparation of draft decisions on establishing development conditions for the development referred to in Art. 29 section 1 point 1a of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725, as amended) within 7 days from the date of delivery complete applications with attachments by the Ordering Party. 5) If any defects are found in the applications, a request to complete them in ...
