The subject of the order is the preparation of draft decisions on development conditions, together with the analysis and changes to decisions on development conditions in 2026, referred to in Art. 4 section 2 of the Spatial Planning and Development Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130.) in the scope of: preparing draft decisions on development conditions referred to in Art. 4 section 2 of the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130), hereinafter referred to as WZ decisions, and preparing draft decisions amending the issued decisions referred to in Art. 4 section 2 of the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 977, as amended), hereinafter referred to as decisions to amend the WZ, in the scope of: 1) single-family housing construction including technical infrastructure, 2) detached, no more than two-story, single-family residential buildings with a building area of up to 70 m2, the impact area of which is located entirely on the plot or plots on which they were designed and built is carried out in order to meet the investor's own housing needs - which will take a maximum of 3 business days to complete,...
