Description:
The subject of the order is the preparation of draft decisions on establishing development conditions and determining the location of a public purpose investment in the Wolsztyn Commune. The subject of the order includes: a) Preparation of draft decisions on development conditions, approximately 1,500 pcs. b) Preparation of draft decisions on determining the location of public purpose investments, approx. 120 items, c) Preparing draft decisions on development conditions regarding the building referred to in Art. 29 section 1 point 1a of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Act of September 17, 2021 amending the Construction Law and the Act on Spatial Planning and Development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130) - approx. 5 pieces, d) Preparation of draft decisions on changing the decision, approx. 100 pieces. Depending on the number of applications for decisions received by the Office, the number of draft decisions actually ordered to be prepared may increase. different from the quantities used in the calculation of the offer price
