- The subject of the order is: Preventing homelessness of animals from the Zawiercie commune. I. The scope of the order includes: 1. Requirements for catching stray animals: 1) Conducting ongoing monitoring of the area of the city of Zawiercie (lustration) in the scope of the occurrence of stray animals (remaining unattended). 2) Taking action to catch a stray animal immediately, in accordance with the declaration included in the offer, but no later than 2 hours from the moment of receiving information about the event from the city monitoring (surveillance of the city area) or obtaining information: from Przedsibiorstwo Usug Komunalnych Sp. z o. o. in Zawiercie, with its registered office in Zawiercie at ul. Polska 21, hereinafter referred to as the Operator of the Ordering Party, the Police, the Municipal Guard in Zawiercie, relevant departments/departments of the Municipal Office in Zawiercie, other entities or residents. 3) Photographing each caught animal. 4) Having a microchip reader for electronic identification of animals.
