Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the print service together with the delivery of preventive materials to 17 organizational units, broken down into parts:
Part 1: Preventive calendar for farmers for 2026, based on the graphic design provided by the Ordering Party;
Part 2: Part 2:Lesson plans for children, coloring pages and leaflets, on the basis of a graphic design provided by the Employer;
part 3: Family preventive game for children, popularizing safety during work and staying on a farm, on the basis of the contracting authoritygraphic design.
2. Details of the description of the subject of the contract, for each part, were included in the planned provisions of the contract, constituting chapter II SWZ.
3. Employment requirements by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons referred to in art. 95paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of the contract, were specified in the planned provisions of the contract - Chapter II SWZ.
4. Date of the contract
for part 1 of the order: maximum 50 calendar days from the date of transfer of the projectgraphic by the contracting authority.
For part 2 of the order: maximum 50 calendar days from the date of the graphic design by the Employer.
For part 3 of the order: maximum 80 calendar days from the date of the graphic design by the Employer.
