Description:
The subject of the order is printing, setting, packaging, packaging, foiling, transport and preparation for the distribution of magazines published under the patronage of the Book Institute in 2025 - details in Annex A to SWZ
The order provides for the contracting authority to use the options by the Ordering Party. OptionIt concerns the implementation of the order of subsequent publishing numbers, i.e. printing, setting, packaging, packaging, foiling, transport and preparation for the distribution of magazines of the Book Institute in 2026 to 50 % of the basic order and the extension of the implementation time by an additional 3 months.The detailed scope of the order covered by the law is in Annex 2 to SWZ
4.1. The order carried out under the option is the unilateral right of the Ordering Party. Failure to use the right by the Ordering Party or not using in the maximum dimension does not give rise to the contractorNo claims against the Ordering Party,
4.2. The contract covered by the Contractor will be obliged to perform after prior call by the Ordering Party, within the time limit indicated in the contract template,
4.3. The rules regarding the implementation of the order covered by the options will be the same as those that applyin the implementation of the basic order. Additional details related to the right of the options are included in the contract template, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.Patr ...
