- 1. The subject of this Agreement is the print service and delivery of calendars into 2026 broken down into parts:
- Part A - book calendar - 60 pcs.
- Part B - wall calendar, three -tree calendar - 150 pcs.
2. The subject of the contract must be: the highest quality, factory new, complete, deprived physical and legal or resulting from other neglect of the contractor or producer that could be revealed during their use. It must be made of safe materials approved for use and have approval, certificates and approvals in accordance with the relevant regulations European Union and have parameters not worse than specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 3 to SWZ.
The contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts.
