Description:
1. The subject of the order is the printing and delivery of information leaflets and posters as part of the information and educational campaign regarding central e-registration developed as part of the e-Health KPO project implemented by the e-Health Center, co-financed under the National Reconstruction Plan. and Enhancing Resilience (KPO).2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order, and Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Draft provisions of the contract.3. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Designed provisions of the contract.
