Description: Printing and delivery of criminal mandate forms for all Tax Administration Chambers. The blocks should be made according to the formula of the criminal mandate form specified in the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 22 February 2002 on the imposition of fines by way of a criminal mandate (ie Journal of Laws of 2017, item 613, taking into account changes of 5 September 2017 R. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1694 and of 29 April 2019 - Journal of Laws of 2019, item 807). Detailed quantities and distribution sites of individual types of blocks together with unloading and displacement were contained in the quantitative and address distribution of blocks, constituting Annex 3 to the designed provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU). Detailed description of the subject of the order, including border parameters of criminal mandates, the content of the instructions and other parameters are included in Annex 1 to PPU.
