Description:
1. The subject of the order is the printing of information, educational and promotional materials (brochures, catalogues, posters, leaflets, etc.) with delivery to the address indicated by the Ordering Party in two tranches.pursuant to the provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced to the public procurement contract - contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
3. The Employer, pursuant to Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it is not requiredemployment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the field of contract performance, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).
