The subject of part I of the order is the printing and delivery of: 1) 26 issues of the City Hall Information - Town Hall News, published every two weeks - from January 9, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and 2) inserts (calendar) to the issue of December 18, 2026 ad1) edition frequency biweekly, 26 issues per year Content: 20 pages + 4 cover pages circulation of each issue: 4,500 (four thousand five hundred) copies each time the graphic design of the publication in PDF format will be transferred to the printing house's server on the day before the newspaper's release by 12:00 day of issue: Friday and delivery by 10.00 to the headquarters The ordering newspaper has an ISSN number. ATTENTION! for Town Hall News, the contractor has the right to use printed magazines that are regional or local magazines as supplies - VAT taxation at a rate of 5%.
