Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the printing and distribution of examination materials to conduct the vocational exam in the winter session and summer session in 2026, including preparation for printing, printing and preparation for shipping (sorting and packaging) and distribution of examination materials for schools, institutions,examination centers for the exam confirming the qualifications in the profession/vocational exam, in Poland in the months of January-February 2026 (winter session) and June-July 2026 (summer session), hereinafter referred to as the vocational exam.SWZ:
1) Annex 1a - Description of the subject of the contract - Task I
2) Annex 1B - Description of the subject of the contract - Task II
3. The contractor is obliged to ensure the performance of activities related to access to the content of examination materials, i.e. securing them against unauthorized disclosure,only by persons employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template, which constitutes Annex 5 to SWZ.
4. The contractor undertakes to 14 days from the date of signingAgreements provide proof of the conclusion of a civil liability policy along with the paid premium paid.
