Description:
The subject of the order is the printing of personalized materials in accordance with the subject of the order described in Volumes II and III of the Terms of Reference (SWZ).
7 Specifications of the SWZ Order Terms:
Contractors who are not subject to the contract may apply for the award of the contract exclusion and meet the conditions for participation in the procedure specified by the Ordering Party regarding technical or professional capacity.
The contractor will meet the condition if it proves that in the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of conducting business is shorter - in During this period, it has performed, and in the case of repeated or continuous services, it also performs at least 1 service that meets all of the following requirements:
1) the subject of the service was/is printing and delivery of printed materials
2) the total value of the service was/is not less than PLN 500,000.00 gross.
In the case of services that are still being provided, the value of each service must refer to the part already provided, and not to the entire service, including the future unrealized scope of the service. In the case of services that are still being performed, the Ordering Party requires that the subject of each of these services be completed at least in to the extent required to demonstrate compliance with the condition for participation in the proceedings.
