Description:
1. Subject of the order: Delivery of procedural sets and laparoscopic tools for Surgical Oncology. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. The submitted offers must include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract within the scope of a given package. 3. The subject and conditions of the implementation of this order should be in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017 in on medical devices or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (if applicable) and other applicable legal provisions in this regard, unless the offered item is a medical device. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
