Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of occupational medicine services to employees of the Krakow County Labor Office and unemployed people directed by the Starost to undergo an internship organized by the Krakow County Labor Office.Subject the order covers the performance of: 1) medical examinations of employees (employees and job candidates) of the Krakow County Labor Office, 2) preliminary medical examinations for unemployed persons, before entrusting the performance of tasks provided for in the internship program (for rules provided for employees, specified in the regulations issued pursuant to Art. 229 8 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code) in accordance with the provisions of Art. 116 section 1 point 1 of the Act on the labor market and employment subsidies (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 620 as amended), organized by the Krakow County Labor Office, 3) issuing, after performing the medical examinations indicated above, appropriate judgments or certificates specified by law.
