- The subject of the tender procedure is the supply of FLU VACCINES FOR THE 2026/2027 SEASON for the Medicover Group. Cooperation on the basis of a framework agreement in which the conditions for orders in the period from August 1, 2026 will be established. The framework agreement is signed on time. indefinite price list for products from the tender for 12 months with the possibility of extension/termination. Each party has the right to terminate the contract after a notice period of 3 months, but not earlier than 9 months from conclusion of the contract. Specification and estimated quantities can be found in Annex No. 1 (Appendix No. 1_Offer_Form_ SZCZEPIONKI_FLU_26) Notes on the procedure: Please report any questions regarding the procedure via eB2B. The procedure includes attach all necessary documents: declarations of conformity, leaflets, certificates, confirmations, necessarily in Polish. Timetable of the proceedings: Start of the proceedings: 13/04/2026 Cut-off date for submission of offers: 24/04/2026 Offline negotiations until 15/05/2026 Completion of the procedure and selection of supplier/suppliers - by May 22, 2026 The most important assumptions of the procedure: The invoice payment deadline will be a minimum of 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Medicover and the Group companies do not consent in advance. We expect full logistics service from the supplier: all points belonging to the Medicover Group.
