Description:
The subject of the tender procedure is the supply of RAPID DIAGNOSTIC TESTS for the Medicover Group. Cooperation on the basis of a framework agreement in which the conditions for orders in the period from February 1, 2026 will be established. The framework agreement is signed for an indefinite period and price list for the products from the tender. for 24 months with the possibility of extension/termination. Each party has the right to terminate the contract after the notice period of 3 months, but not earlier than 9 months from the conclusion of the contract. The specification and estimated quantities can be found in Annex 1 (Appendix No. 1_Offer_Form_Quick_tests_2025). Notes on the procedure: Please submit any questions regarding the procedure via eB2B. Tenderers qualified for the 2nd stage of negotiations (offline) will be obliged to send product samples to designated facilities for quality acceptance by the staff medical. The procedure must be accompanied by all necessary documents: declarations of conformity, leaflets, certificates, confirmations, necessarily in Polish. proceedings and selection of supplier/suppliers - by December 5, 2025. The most important assumptions of the proceedings: The payment deadline for invoices will be at least 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice.
