- The subject of the fall is conducting a study entitled Effectively support granted from the RODKW National Training Fund in the Podlasie Voivodeship in 2023-2024, which the study will be analyzed and assessed.Podlasie in 2023-2024 and the impact of these employers who benefited from funding with KFS and to adapt the competences of their employees to a dynamically changing economy and thus counteracting the loss of employment. Effective support from the RODKWKFS is understood here as maintenance of employment by working people and adapting the competences of OSB working to require a change in the labor market. The main goal of the study is to analyze and evaluate the support granted from the RODKW National Training Fund (KFS) in the Podlasie Voivodeship in the years2023-2024.
