Description:
The subject of the order is: Manufacturing and delivery of license plates. The scope of the order includes: 1) manufacturing of license plates in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 31, 2022 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requirements for license plates and patterns other documents related to vehicle registration (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1709, as amended) and the certificate of the Motor Transport Institute in Warsaw, in an estimated quantity of 8,200 pieces of reflective license plates with specific letter and digital symbols in periodic orders.2) delivery of ready-made license plates to the Ordering Party's headquarters: Resident Services Department, Communication Department of the Chem City Hall, ul. Lubelska 63, 22-100 Chem, room 6A, through its own efforts and at the expense; 3) collection and scrapping of items withdrawn from use by the Department of Resident Services, Department of Communication Chem City Hall license plates for cars, trailers, motorcycles, tractors and mopeds.
