Description:
The subject of the order is the production and delivery of license plates as well as the collection and scrapping of old license plates, in the following scope: a) license plates should be made in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 8, 2024. on registration and marking vehicles, requirements for license plates and samples of other documents related to vehicle registration (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1709, as amended), b) The production and distribution of license plates must meet the requirements resulting from the regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 2 2012 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of license plates and legalization marks (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1885, as amended), c) The contractor will provide a 36-month warranty for the delivered goods; d) The estimated quantity of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ; e) Quantity and the scope of the number and type of boards ordered will depend on current needs; The Ordering Party reserves the right to make quantitative changes between types of boards.
