- 1. The subject of the tender is the selection of a contractor who will provide the ordering party with supplies, consisting in the successive delivery by the contractor to the District Office in Zakopane of 14,400 license plates for marking various types of vehicles made in accordance with the regulations in force on execution of offers by legal provisions and in accordance with the requirements specified in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 8, 2024 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requires license plates and samples of other documents related to vehicle registration (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1709).2. The scope of the order includes the production of license plates in a quantity not exceeding 14,400 pieces, i.e.: 1) car plates: ordinary, electric, individual, antique, temporary single-row and double-row in the amount of 13,000 pieces;2) motorcycle plates: ordinary, electric, individual, antique, temporary in the quantity of 1,100 pieces;3) moped plates: ordinary, electric, antique, temporary in the quantity i...
