Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of registration plates for vehicles made in accordance with: a) the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251), b) the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction of August 31, 2022 on registration and marking of vehicles and requirements for license plates (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1847), as well as the regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 2, 2012 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of license plates and legalization marks (Journal of Laws Laws of 2022, item 1885), c) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 12, 2019 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of professional license plates and legalization marks and the procedure for legalization of professional license plates (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 547), d) standards or technical specifications referred to in the Act of August 30, 2002 on the conformity assessment system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215), confirmed by certificates regarding the compliance of license plates or materials used for their production with conditions...
