- The subject of the order is the production, together with subsequent delivery by transport of the contractor, of license plates in batches resulting from the requested demand and separately packed sets (a set should be understood as plates with the same registration number), as well as license plate inserts. in accordance with the requirements specified in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), and in accordance with the templates and requirements specified in Annex No. 12 to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 8, 2024 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requires for plates registration plates and templates of other documents related to vehicle registration (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1709), produced in accordance with the conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 2, 2012 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of plates registration and legalization marks (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1885, as amended) and with the conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 12, 2019 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of professional plates registrars...
