- 1. The subject of the order is the production, delivery and scrapping of withdrawn license plates for the Toruń City Hall, Department of Communication and Economic Activity.2. The production, delivery and collection of old license plates for disposal are to be carried out successively. 3. Detailed description and the number of tables is included in point 1.3. SWZ.4.
