Production, implementation and launch of an IT system of the Regional Center of Digital Medicine and system for managing clinical research (CTMS) together with the delivery of the database and integration services, training of users and system maintenance
1. The subject of the contract is the production, installation, configuration, integration, design and launch of ETL processes, training with service, preparation and transfer of relevant documentation, production launch and provision of warranty and maintenance services (option) of the WIM-PIB Regional Digital Medicine Center, as well as production, installation, configuration, integration, training from service, Preparation and transfer of relevant documentation, production start and provision of warranty services and maintenance of the system for managing clinical tests (CTMS), and the delivery of database products.
The contractor may submit an offer for one or more part of the order. A single package is considered part of the order.
3. The order has been divided into 2 packages
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to SWZ.
5. The Ordering Party informs that as part of the implementation of the Public Procurement Agreement in Package scope No. 1 provides for the possibility of exercising the right of options - detailed provisions regarding the implementation of the options include a draft contract constituting Annex 5.1. to SWZ.
