The subject of the contract is the development of a project in accordance with applicable construction law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction works as well as a functional and utility program (project documentation covering the development project area, architectural and construction and technical) for construction:
• water supply network with connections in the town of Garby as part of the investment task 3-07-22-099-0-Swarzędz-water supply network in the streets of Tilecka and Osłotki in Garbach along with obtaining a final decision of the building permit together with With obtaining a certificate of lack of grounds for an objection by the architectural and construction administration body, the adoption of the construction or execution of other construction works appropriate for the task in question
and
Performing author's supervision in the implementation phase of performed works On the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of the contract with the contractor of construction works to sign the final acceptance report of these works.
