The subject of the order is: Design development in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. regarding the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (design documentation including the development design terrain, architectural, construction and technical) for:
• construction and reconstruction of water mains in the Mosina SUW area as part of the investment task no. 3-05-15-058-0 Poznań and communes - eastern main and water supply chambers, along with obtaining a final decision on the construction permit for the works construction together with obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural and construction administration body accepting the notification of construction or other construction works appropriate for the task in question (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a permit decision for construction in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the Contractor's discretion.)
and
performing author's supervision in the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of conclusion agreement with the Contractor of construction works to sign the final acceptance report of these works.
