Description:
The mobile kiosk is a set of medical devices integrated with the central units equipped with a touch screen, built-up on a mobile driving platform, making it possible to collect in a simple and non-invasive way of complex data on the state of health of the unit in order to:- assessing the state, qualification and acceptance under the care of the unit,- periodic monitoring of health during the care of staff in the unit. Establishment includes: 1. Development and production of 6 pcs. Mobile diagnostic kiosk for social assistance units located in the city of Warsaw; 2. deliveries and Installation 6 pcs. Mobile diagnostic kioskw with software for social assistance units in the Capital City of Warsaw; 3. Integration, configuration and launch of kioskw with the Syrena system installed in all social assistance units (including configuration of IP address, network configuration Wi-Fi, Tests verifying the Syrena system); 4. Training of staff from 6 social assistance units in Warsaw with the functionality and slide of diagnostic kiosks; 5. warranty service for at least 24 months from the date of the furniture; 6.
