Description: The project "Energy-efficient and process-efficient construction" is one of the activities of the NCBR carried out in the formula of the PCP Pre-Commercial Procurement.
The procedure is carried out without prejudice to the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, however, it is conducted under an open, transparent, non-discriminatory procedure. This announcement is not a contract announcement within the meaning of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the contract is to carry out research and development works, as a result of which the technology will be developed in a 2D (prefabricated) or 3D (modular) model in the construction of a single-family and multi-family building with the best possible, optimally zero or positive annual balance of energy consumption, with the use of supporting installations .
