Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a project engineer advisory service for the project entitled "Computerization of medical facilities of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship - II" (short name of the "Inplamed -II" project), also known as the "project", in all phases of its implementation. Project engineerwill provide a service consisting in the support of the Employer - a project leader who is a beneficiary and project partners, in service, implementation, control, reporting and project supervision, in the form of substantive consulting, including technical, legal advisory, and financial adviceand accounting advice.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) was included in Annex 1 to SWZ. The concept of IT and legal solutions for the project is Annex 1 to SOPZ, while the list of definitions and shortcuts used in the documentation as well as a list of legal acts and regulationsProgramowy was included in Annex 2 to SOPZ.
