Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project because the "Green Axis Ursynow - a new park and a fountain surrounded by beautiful flowers and herbs next to the town hall", with a detailed description of the subject of the contract determined by:
 writer of the subject of the order with attachments constituting Annex 1 to SWZ, which will be Annex 1 to the contract;
 completed contract provisions constituting Annex 5 to SWZ;
 price - constituting Annex 8 to Swz.
95 para. 1 laws Public procurement law.
2. The Contractor undertakes to ensure that activities in the scope of performance of the contract during their performance will be performed by persons employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the Labor Code, by the Contractor or Subcontractor.
3. The condition referred to in para. 2, will be met by employment under an employment contract of new employees or to designate people who have already employed work consisting in the care, planting of plants and the assembly of small architecture.
4. Detailed employment requirements for on the basis of the employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in art. 95 of the Act, in particular the method of verification of employment of persons on the basis of an employment contract, the contracting authority's rights in the scope of controlling the contractor's compliance with the abovementioned requirements and sanctions for their failure to meet them defined...
