- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of Project Management services entitled: Construction of a network of bicycle routes in Western Pomerania - Blue Velo route, stage III (section Chwarszczany - voivodeship border).
2.The service includes:
1) management and coordination of all activities related to the implementation of the Project;
2) fulfillment investor supervision and control over the implementation of construction works in accordance with the Construction Law and the concluded construction contract;
3) actions aimed at timely completion of construction works;
4) documenting the progress of works;
5) fulfilling reporting obligations agreed with the Manager project;
20 section 1 point 4 of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994 in the form of visits to the work site, as well as work performed at the Contractor's headquarters. Planned number of supervisions: author's supervision related to the stay on the construction site - 8 supervisions and 30 supervisions performed at the Contractor's headquarters.
The subject of the order is described in detail in Chapter C "Description of the subject of the order" and D "Draft contract".
3. The scope of construction works includes the construction and marking of bicycle routes in the Boleszkowice commune and DΔbno commune.
There is an episode to be done investment (town of KaleΕsko) along district road No. 2142Z, 2.16 km long. At the same time, sections of bicycle routes will be marked in the Boleszkowice commune (on the Chwarszczany section - the voivodeship border) and in the town of DΔbno. The total length of the sections to be marked is approximately 13.6 km.
