Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of project management service entitled: Construction of a bypass of the city of Szczecinek along voivodship road No. 172 - stage II.
2. The service includes:
1) Management and coordination of all activities related to the implementation of the project;
2) performing investor supervision and control over the implementation of construction works in accordance with the construction law and the concluded contract for construction works;
3) activities aimed at timely execution of construction works;
4) documenting the progress of works;
5) fulfillment of reporting obligations agreed with the project manager;
6) supervision original in accordance with art. 20 para. 1 point 4 of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994 in the form of arrivals to the place of conducting works, as well as works performed at the headquarters of the Contractor. Planned number of supervisory: Author's supervision related to staying at the construction site - 14 supervisors and 60 supervisors performed in contractor's seat.
3. The construction of construction works includes the construction of a bypass of the town of Szczecinek along voivodship road No. 172, which is a continuation of DW172 from the built -in roundabout to the currently built national road S11.
roads with a length of about 1.57 km with lighting, dehydration, channel technological and engineering facilities aim to ensure access and service of areas along the streets and the transfer of transit traffic.
