Description:
1. The subject of this order is a service consisting in comprehensive management and substantive support of the project titled Implementation of e-services in "Centrum Medyczne w acucie" Sp. z o. o. and coordinating design activities.2. Service constituting the subject matter The scope of the order includes: 1) comprehensive management of the project and coordination of design activities within the scope to be implemented by the Project Coordinator; 2) legal services for the project by coordinating preparation and conducting all necessary public procurement proceedings in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended);3) substantive and technical support provided for to be implemented by the Project Coordinator's Assistant for substantive and technical matters. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: OPZ) and Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ Contract template.
