Description:
1. The subject of this order is the service of implementing the promotion of the project: Adaptation and modernization of the space of the Grand Theater in Łodź, including the purchase of equipment and furnishings, under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program. A detailed description of the subject of the order has been provided included in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ mentioned in point 1 contains a detailed description of the subject of the order and other information necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the order. The services will be performed in accordance with the conditions specified by the Ordering Party in the contract template, which constitutes Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offer cover the full scope of the order. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Justification: The subject of the order cannot be divided, especially for organizational and economic reasons. and teleological.
