Description:
The subject of the order is the promotion of the Książ Castle in Wałbrzych through basketball.
The scope of the contract includes:
1) Promotion of the Książ Castle by the Contractor during all meetings as the host and during all away competitions by the basketball team, taking part in the Men's Basketball Ekstraklasa competition;
2) creating a positive image of the Książ Castle as part of all information and promotional activities prepared and implemented by the Contractor
from his own resources;
3) promoting the Castle of the Książ as a titular sponsor by the Contractor by placing and displaying the lock logo in a variety of ways as well as on information and promotional and printing materials prepared and made by the Contractor with his own resources;
4) transfer to the contracting authority by the Contractor of information and promotional and printing materials prepared and made by the Contractor from his own funds;
5) free lending to the Employer by the contractor the image of the team's players and the entire team for Promotional goals of the Ordering Party;
6) possession or placing by the Contractor the name "Książ Castle Wałbrzych" according to the castle indications next to the name of the basketball team, reported to the appropriate entity as the official name of the team taking part in the competition.
