Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. Delivery of the planned amount of diesel fuel in 2024, including: Unleaded petrol Pb 95 max 2,500 liters, Pb 98 max 2,000 liters, Diesel oil max 35,000 liters, Propane-butane gas (LPG) max 2,200 liters, 2. Technical and technological requirements regardingsubject of the order: 2.1 Liquid fuels subject to sale must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015. regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended). 2.2 Gas stations where sales will take placefuels must meet the requirements provided for in the regulations for fuel stations, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of November 21, 2005, on the technical conditions to be met by liquid fuel bases and stations, long-distance transmission pipelines for the transport of crude oil and petroleum productsand their location (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1853, as amended).
