Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of insurance of property, electronic equipment, civil liability and general liability insurance for rail vehicles. 2. The subject of the order was divided into two parts: Part I of the order - UMWW property insurance with third party liability insurance, which includes: 1) Property insurance against all risks: 2) Electronic equipment insurance, 3) Civil liability insurance for the activities performed and property owned. Part II of the order - casco insurance for vehicles rails The description of the subject of the contract is included in the SWZ (chapter III) and in the annexes to the SWZ: - Detailed description of the subject of the order (Insurance Program) for each part - Annex No. 3 - Detailed list of buildings and structures - Annex No. 4, - List rail vehicles - Annex No. 5 - Information regarding the loss ratio can be found in Annex 6. 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for two parts of the order or for any part. Every performer presents only one offer for a given part of the order.
