2. The subject of the order was divided into two Parts:
1) Part 1: civil liability insurance, property insurance and insurance communication vehicles, excluding casco insurance for rail vehicles.
2) Part 2: general liability insurance for rail vehicles.
3. Insurance period: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, taking into account the insurance periods of individual motor vehicles divided into three twelve-month periods billing periods:
1) first settlement period - from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
2) second settlement period - from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027.
